Managing Director
Mike has over 18 years' recruitment experience and has worked as
a dedicated treasury recruiter for the past 15 years with both
executive search firms and international search and selection
organisations.
Mike has been a contributor and speaker for the UK
Association of Corporate Treasurers and has been a speaker at past
Eurofinance International Treasury Conferences.
Career Highlights
Starting MR Recruitment in 2002 when the market was at an
all-time low. Surviving the market in a very quiet 2003.
Successfully growing the business throughout 2004 and 2005!
Expanding the business globally in 2006, 2007. Surviving a credit
crunch laden 2008 and 2009. Regrowing the business once again as we
progress through 2012!!!

Mike Tucker has over 11 years' experience in international recruitment firms and has been focused on treasury for the past eight years. Before joining the business, he spent three years setting up and managing the treasury division for another financial recruitment company.
Mike has extensive knowledge of the international treasury recruitment market having led assignments in the UK, Switzerland, Holland, France, Belgium, Austria, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Singapore and Australia.

management agency and the second largest car and courier company in
London, Debbie has extensive knowledge of managing internal
recruitment processes, client relations and candidate
management.

Maintaining and enhancing relationships with both clients and
candidates.

Debbie studied music and is an avid singer/songwriter who regularly
performs in various music venues across London. When she's not

Consultant
Matt studied Politics and Modern History at the University of Manchester. Upon finishing University his first recruitment role was as a Recruitment Consultant at Driver Hire, Gatwick.
He was responsible for the sourcing and placing of high quality
transport and logistics staff into temporary and permanent
positions. After nearly a year at Driver Hire, Matt was keen to
move to London to broaden his Recruitment experience and forge a
career with a forward thinking and respected company.
Most enjoyable part of his role?
Getting to know the candidates on a one-to-one basis and helping
them achieve their career goals. In addition, Matt loves to network
and hopes to continue to strengthen his ties within the corporate
Treasury arena.
Interests
Matt is a keen footballer, playing in Sunday League and 5-a-side
teams. He is also a Horse Racing enthusiast - having
worked in a racing yard in his gap year. He still spends some
weekends riding out the race horses as well as going to the
races.
