Background
Mike has over 16 years recruitment experience and has worked as a dedicated treasury recruiter for the past 13 years with both executive search firms and international search and selection organisations.
Mike has been a contributor and speaker for both the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers and has been a speaker at past Eurofinance International Treasury Conferences.
Career highlights
Starting MR Recruitment in 2002 when the market was at an all-time low. Surviving the market in a very quiet 2003. Successfully growing the business throughout 2004 & 2005! Expanding the business globally in 2006, 2007. Surviving a credit crunch laden 2008. Working in a recovering market in 2009 and onwards into 2010!!!

Mike Tucker joined MR Recruitment in 2007 and has over 10 years experience in international recruitment firms. Before joining the business, Mike spent 3 years setting up and managing the treasury division for another financial recruitment company.

Interests
Mike is a keen cyclist, rugby fan (and player) and is very proud of his welsh roots. Most of his spare time is currently spent with his wife and two lovely sons.

Melissa Hiles, Recruitment Coordinator
Background
Melissa's first role was at EMR who were an Advertising and Media agency where she handled Press and Radio accounts. Two years later Melissa found herself living in Barcelona and being drawn into the world of Recruitment!
At Hays, she worked in a series of Divisional Support roles in Spain and in London. However, after three years she decided to travel the world and when she returned we were lucky enough to be at the front of the queue to convince her to join the wonderful world of MR Recruitment!
Most enjoyable part of her role?
Job satisfaction. Where else can you be 100% honest with candidates and not have the need to exaggerate the truth. This in turn matches them up to their perfect position and when you successfully place them in that role the sense of job satisfaction is great!
Interests
Melissa enjoys horse riding and socialising, as well as spending time with her family or with one of her eight nieces and nephews! One of her main interests is also the Spanish language.

Louise graduated in 2007 with a Degree in Media from Liverpool University. She then joined an IT Recruitment company working as a Recruitment Resourcer, before joining the MR Recruitment team in 2010.
