Candidate Satisfaction Survey
Every time a candidate is interviewed with an MR Recruitment consultant you will receive a ‘Candidate Satisfaction Survey’ it will ask you a series of question regarding your interview.
These results are then passed to our consultants and our Managing Director Mike Richards who reviews them and assesses how we may be able to improve our service to our candidates.
Your feedback in this anonymous survey is very important to us as this enables us to continually improve our service level.
Below are the candidate satisfaction results for the three month period to January 2008 out of 30 candidates interviewed.
81% of our candidates said MR Recruitment exceeded their expectations of a recruitment consultancy.
62% of our candidates said they rated MR Recruitment better than other recruitment consultancies.
100% of our candidates said that they felt at ease through the interview
100% of our candidates said that MR Recruitment services will be extremely useful in their job search.
