Mike Richards - Managing Director
Background
Mike has over 14 years recruitment experience and has worked as a dedicated treasury recruiter for the past 12 years with both executive search firms and international search and selection organisations.
Mike has been a contributor and speaker for both the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers and has been a speaker at past Eurofinance International Treasury Conferences.
Career highlights
Starting MR Recruitment in 2002 when the market was at an all-time low. Surviving the market in a very quiet 2003. Successfully growing the business throughout 2004 & 2005! Now expanding the business globally as we move out of 2006 & into 2007 - seeing MR Recruitment as truly the market leader for Global Treasury Recruitment.

In his spare time he is a keen rugby player and enjoys spending time with his young family.

Background
Mike Tucker joins MR Recruitment with over 7 years experience in international recruitment firms; in his most recent role, he set up and managed the treasury division for another financial recruitment company.
Since University, he has also worked for a global consumer electronics company in national retail sales and a Welsh utility company in financial control.

Always manage your clients and candidates expectations.
Interests
Mike is a keen cyclist, rugby fan (and player) and is very proud of his welsh roots. Most of his spare time is currently spent with his wife and baby son.

Background
Helene joined MR Recruitment in early 2004, shortly after the company was founded, after working for the company for just over two years, she decided to explore other roles and so left to join a property company. However after a year out of the business the lure of the treasury recruitment world was too strong and so Helene decided to re-join MR Recruitment for the next exciting stage in the company's growth.
Helene brings over 6 years experience from the Recruitment and Sales & Marketing industries with both international recruitment consultancies and Blue Chip companies. With her comprehensive understanding of the treasury market alongside her energy and enthusiasm for the business she is a real asset to the team.

Lisa Henley
Background
Lisa graduated from Portsmouth University in 2006 with a Law Degree and joined British Airways as a member of their Cabin Crew. After a years’ worth of global travel, she decided to join MR Recruitment and she hasn’t looked back since!
Most enjoyable part of her role?
Job satisfaction. Where else can you sit down with the candidate, discuss their career goals, match them up to their perfect position and when you successfully place them in that role the sense of completion is just great!

Lisa loves reading, Tae kwon do and travelling whenever she gets the opportunity.

Background
Rebecca joined the MR Recruitment team at the beginning of 2008 after deciding she needed a new challenge in her career. Before joining MR Recruitment Rebecca was an administrator for a biomedical research charity which followed on from her experience at Pfizer in her administration apprenticeship.

Communication. Without it we wouldn’t have top quality candidates to place in our high profile jobs with our finest clients.
Most enjoyable part of her role?
Working within a client and candidate driven business provides a buzz especially when we all pull together and place the right candidate in the right role with the right client.
Interests
Rebecca loves to explore the world and participate in new exciting experiences such as taking flying lessons over the Welsh mountains and clay pigeon shooting. In quieter times Rebecca just enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Background
Kim joined the MR Recruitment team at the beginning of 2006 after relocating from Sunderland where for seven years she worked as the Account Executive for an Integrated Marketing Company within the Customer Relationship Management team.
