The Company: A newly formed business and treasury function offering a unique insight into this very niche area.
The Role: Working within a newly formed treasury function and reporting to the Head of Treasury and Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for all middle office activities. You will also contribute to the implementation of SAP Treasury, the integration of multiple companies and the issuance of a syndicated loan and bond. It should be noted that beyond the initial start up phase, treasury activities are very basic and the risk management activities are focussed on CHF financing and cash / liquidity management with very limited currency risk. However, due to the nature of the business a sophisticated level of risk management is required; the company is in its start up phase and as they introduce new treasury systems and procedures you will act as the subject expert within the middle office, therefore a track record in a corporate treasury environment is essential.

The Role: This role takes responsibility for cash management for the group globally including the effective management of all external cash management arrangements, bank selection and cash pooling This person will be the regarded as the global “thought leader” for all cash management activity within the company. They will support Treasury on group wide projects where required such as acquisitions, disposals and restructurings and on cross-function projects inside and outside of the Treasury Operations team. They will represent Treasury and the company externally at peer groups, conferences and similar events related to banking and cash management. This person acts as the key relationship manager with banks and financial institutions externally and a variety of business units and functions internally. They will also take responsibility for the line management of an effective and successful treasury team of five.
